Gerardo is our resident naturopath and has a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Australia. He has been practising for 6 years both in the United Kingdom and Australia. Gerardo’s focus is on using diet, nutrition and herbal medicine as a means of improving health. After all food is the connection between the world around you and the world inside you.

1: You will receive a colon hydrotherapy session with Talat Bushra, our resident colon hydro therapist, for a 1 hour colon hydro-therapy treatment to start cleansing the colon.


2: An initial naturopathic consultation with Gerardo, our resident naturopath. He will take a full history of your health, diet and lifestyle. The focus will be assessing your current digestion and dietary advice to prevent digestive issues in the future. After the consultation he will e-mail a detailed report that contains information on dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplementation to help maintain great digestion

INTERMEDIATE DIGESTIVE PACKAGE

The intermediary digestive package are for persons that currently have minor digestive issues and need to address them, before they become worse. This package contains 2 colon hydrotherapy treatments and 2 naturopathic consultations. The main aim of this package is to further clear the colon, improve digestion and start addressing underlying causes of poor digestion.

1: You will have a colon hydrotherapy session with Talat Bushra, our resident colon hydro therapist, for a 1 hour colon hydro-therapy treatment to start clearing the colon.

2: An initial naturopathic consultation with Gerardo, our resident naturopath. He will take a full history of your health, diet and lifestyle. The focus will be assessing your current digestion and improving specific areas of digestion. At the end of the consultation he will make dietary and lifestyle recommendation. After the consultation he will e-mail a report that is detailed containing an overview of your digestion, aims to improve digestion and dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplementation to help improve and support your digestion.

3: A second colon hydrotherapy treatment to further clear the colon. This is a also a 1 hour treatment and Talat will advise you after the initial consultation when to have this second treatment

4: A 30 minute follow up consultation with Gerardo. This may be 2 -4 weeks after the initial consultation and can be done before the second colon hydrotherapy treatment. In this consultation you will follow up on progress and make any changes necessary.


The Intermediate Digestive Package contains- 2 colon hydrotherapy treatments and an initial and follow up naturopathic consultation for just £200*. This is a total discount of £40 on the usual rates for these sessions.

COMPREHENSIVE DIGESTIVE PACKAGE
The complete digestive package is for those that have had long term digestive issues and need to get to the core of their digestive issues. This package includes: 3 colon hydrotherapy treatments to effectively clear years of faecal impaction, 3 naturopathic consultations that assesses overall digestive function and causes of poor digestion and a stool test to assess the microbiology (good bacteria) in the digestive tract.

1: You will have a colon hydrotherapy session with Talat Bushra, our resident colon hydro therapist, for a 1 hour colon hydro-therapy treatment to clear the colon and feel almost instantly revitalized

2: You will have an initial naturopathic consultation with Gerardo, our resident naturopath. In this consultation he will not only go through your digestive health but also look at other health issues that may be affecting your digestion. This will include general questions about your body, diet and lifestyle. He will also place an order for a microbiology stool profile from an outsourced laboratory, to determine any possible micro flora imbalances that may be contributing to poor digestion. At the end of this consultation, Gerardo will give you some dietary and lifestyle recommendations to take home. After the consultation he will e-mail you an overview of your overall health and also a detailed treatment plan that includes dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplementation.

3: A second colon hydrotherapy treatment to further clear the colon. This is a also a 1 hour treatment with Talat

4: A 30 minute follow up consultation with Gerardo. In this consultation he will go through the results of the microbiology stool test and assess progress. This may be 2 -4 weeks after the initial consultation and can be done before the second colon hydrotherapy treatment.

5: A third colon hydrotherapy treatment to further clear the colon and establish tone in the colon. This is a 1 hour treatment with Talat.

6: A second 30 minute follow up consultation with Gerardo. In this he will further address any underlying health issues that contribute to chronic digestive issues and provide you with lifestyle guidelines to follow.
